Lutheran Manor is affordable, decent, safe, sanitary, elderly housing, which complies fully with The American with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and The Fair Housing Act. Mobility impaired applicants may qualify for an adaptive apartment, a priority, or additional allowance.

Lutheran Manor Apartments offer freedom and safety in Senior Citizen living. An important concern of management is that each resident be able to live comfortably and independently with dignity. The building is a neighborhood setting that reaches upward eleven stories, thus providing more than simply a place to exist.
